This 60 cm frame was made for inventory and as part of a batch of aluminum frames as it is easier to bulk heat treat.  After completed, I felt I should have used less oval chainstays for such as large frame  which is why the price is reduced.  However, the frame has good tire clearance and is an deal frame for the casual rider.  Please note this frame is not recommended for hard riding or fixed gear slides.
 
This is a one of a kind so the frame warranty would be a steel frame replacement of equivalent value. 
 
Specs are 60 cm to top of seat tube, 57 effective top tube, 74 head, 76 seat, 55 BB drop, 31.6 seat post, 34.9 collar use, 68 bb, 120 track with Ti track dropout inserts, 32.5 standover.  44 mm head tube, 1-1/8 fork drilled for brake, and 43 rake.
